Nathan Lubin | PRESIDENT
Nathan is the President/Owner of Lubin Enterprises, Inc. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of Tennessee. He has extensive experience in project management. His vast experience includes being a former real estate agent as well as owning investment property. Nathan is passionate about the community and is involved in multiple non-profits in the Memphis area serving in a leadership capacity as well as a contributor. He is the District Governor-Elect for Rotary International District 6800

Jackie Adams | PROJECT MANAGER
Jackie has been a Project Manager with Lubin Enterprises Inc. for six years. She has successfully managed many projects from big to small. She is a graduate from the University of Phoenix where she received her MBA and a Certificate in Project Management. She strongly believes that True Team Players are the key to a successful business.

Karen Magness | Executive Vice President
Karen has over 40 years’ experience in the business world. She graduated from Memphis State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She is married to her kindergarten sweetheart, and they have three children and three grandchildren. She has been fortunate to have long tenure with the first company she worked at after graduation of over 20 years. She truly enjoys the work she is doing at Lubin Enterprises the past seven years. Each day presents new and exciting challenges.

Barak Oxman | ACCOUNTANT
Barak graduated in 2015 from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in accounting and began working for Lubin enterprises shortly thereafter. He subsequently became a CPA and began taking on additional responsibilities. Barak now oversees the accounting and finance for the company.

Rick Sellars | PROJECT MANAGER
Rick has worked with Lubin Enterprises for 25 years. He began as a multi-craft carpenter with electrical, drywall, plumbing, utilities, framing, and HVAC. Now he holds the position as Senior Project Manager for multi-family housing, utility, and site-based jobs. He also assists in the estimation and bidding of projects. He has extensive experience working with federal housing developments and state-based utility sites. He works well with customers to be able to find cost savings whereby their projects stay on budget and on time.

Matthew Horlings | PROJECT MANAGER
Matthew has over 20 years of construction experience with over 10 years of that providing service to commercial customers and residential restoration. His integrity and strong work ethic are always integrated into his work. His experience with commercial and residential projects are a big asset to our company and give us the leverage to expand into other markets.

Nathan Horton | PROJECT MANAGER
Nathan has 25-years experience in many facets of construction. From humble beginnings as a drywall laborer, to a trim carpenter, to a small business owner, he has been involved in hands-on construction since the age of 18. After closing his business in 2004, Nathan began working as a builder for a national residential home building group. In 2007 he was forced to pivot, and Nathan started working as a commercial project superintendent. In 2014, Nathan seized an opportunity to become a commercial project manager, and he has not looked back. With a strong understanding of how construction works in the field, Nathan brings a real-world experience to the office in project management. Nathan has the experience to help ensure your project’s success.
